The Ph. D. Programme is open to candidates with either:
(1) A Master of Science by course work of this or any approved University, in Biology, Botany, Biochemistry, Microbiology and Zoology with a CGPAofnot less than 4.00.
(2) A Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) or M. Sc. by research of this or any other approved University in the areas mentioned in (1 ) above.                                                                                                                                                                                                     (3) Notwithstanding the possession ofl or 2 above, a candidate may be required to satisfy a selection process in the form of written or/and oral interview or examination.
